Seller's Notes

Items to Provide Before the Closing:

• Completion of the Cohen Law Office, LLC seller information sheet
• Valid photo identification card (driver’s license, state issued identification card, passport)
• Social security number
• Cashier’s check or certified funds made payable to yourself
• Payoff informaiton for any outstanding loans/mortgages
• Homeowner associate information
• Any other documentation that the law office requests

Items to Bring to the Closing:

• Original termite report
• Keys, garage door openers, and any other items related to the house
