Additionally, Ms. Wharton has served as servicer’s counsel and as successor borrower’s counsel in 100+ defeasance transactions, including large, complex defeasances.  Ms. Wharton has also acted as servicer’s counsel in connection with the assumption of loans and post issuance servicing for a variety of commercial mortgage portfolios.
