Buyer’s Notes

Items to Provide Before the Closing:

• Homeowner’s insurance
• All documentation requested by the lender
• Order a survey if desired

Items to Bring to the Closing:

• Valid photo identification card (driver’s license, state issues identification card, passport)
• Cashier’s check or certified funds made payable to yourself
• Any other documentation that the lender or law office has requested
• Settlement statement from prior closing if using funds for this transaction
