Our immigration practice focuses on citizenship, asylum and deportation defense cases as well as business immigration issues on behalf of both individuals and employers. Our group counsels business clients through the eligibility process, visa process and non-immigrant visa alternatives for employment-based immigration. Ms. Wharton has routinely represented and counseled clients in asylum interviews before Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents and has been a guest presenter at training seminars hosted by the Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network.
